Terms

Please read the terms carefully as they are a legal binding contract between you and Hansen Auction Group.

Hansen Auction Group reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by updating this website. Please check back and review these terms as every time you use this website, you are agreeing to the terms as they are written at that time.

Hansen Auction Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any auction at any time for any reason.

There are no office hours or pick ups on Saturday or Sunday unless specified in the auction details.

Bidding Information:

When you place a max bid the current bid price doesn't automatically go to your max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified as other bidders place bids or in the event of a lot with a reserve, it can bid against the reserve.

This auction has what is called an auto extend feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last 10 minutes of the item closing, the bid on lot(s) will extend for 10 minutes. The bidding will extend in 10 minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids, and the lot sits idle for 10 minutes.

Hansen Auction Group has put forth every effort to make accurate descriptions of the items. Printed or verbal statements made by staff are matters of opinion and are made in good faith. However all items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. You are responsible for your own inspection during the open house inspection periods.

All sales are final. A bid is a legal binding contract between you and Hansen Auction Group.

Hansen Auction Group reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason. No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects, or imperfections not noted. If a refund is given, it will not exceed the purchase price of the lot.

Bidder responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Bidders agree to keep their password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account. When using the website you must obey any and all local, state, and federal laws. Violations will result in termination of website use privileges.

Auction company employees and/or the auction company may bid on auction items. Each registered account is considered a bidder once registered on the auction. All registered bidders are treated the same and have the same opportunities to bid and win items on all auctions we host.

We gather aggregate information from this website which may include, but is not limited to: number of page visitors, most visited pages, any and all correspondence. By agreeing to these terms, you give Hansen Auction Group permission to send auction marketing emails to the email address on the account.

Payment Information:

There will be a buyer’s fee, plus sales tax (based on the county where the items are) added to the final purchase price. All fees are taxable if the item is taxable, except the late fee and select title fees if applicable. There is a 3.5% convenience fee for credit card purchases.

Sales tax will only be removed from the invoice if the correct sales tax exemption form is completed and it’s applicable to the state. Please email accounting@hansenauctiongroup.com with any questions.
