Hansen Auction Group Q1 2025 Update: A Strong Start to the Year

As we move further into 2025, Hansen Auction Group is excited to share a recap of our accomplishments, industry involvement, and community initiatives from the first quarter. Our team has been hard at work growing our presence in the auction industry, expanding our locations, and continuing to provide the best auction experience for both buyers and sellers. Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to in Q1!

Industry Engagement and Professional Development

Our team took an active role in major auctioneer association events, including the Minnesota Auctioneers Association and the Wisconsin Auctioneers Association conferences. We proudly supported our team members who competed in the Novice, Ringman, and Bid Calling competitions, showcasing their talents and dedication to the auction industry.

Additionally, our participation in the National Auction Association Digital Marketing Summit allowed us to gain valuable insights into the latest trends and best practices in auction marketing. By staying ahead of the curve, we continue to enhance our marketing strategies to benefit both buyers and sellers.

Community Involvement and Giving Back

At Hansen Auction Group, we believe in giving back to the communities we serve. Each month, we organize an Employee Happening across our eight locations, encouraging team engagement and charitable contributions:

January: Donations were made to six nonprofit organizations based on employee nominations.

February: Food and nonperishable items were collected at all locations and donated to local food organizations.

March: Employees wrote letters of encouragement to those in need, spreading positivity throughout our communities.

Exciting Growth: Our New Mexico Expansion

We are thrilled to announce that our Las Cruces, New Mexico location has recently moved to a new space!  If you are in the area, we invite you to stop by, meet our team, and explore our latest auction offerings. This expansion marks another step in our commitment to serving a broader audience and providing top-tier auction services across the country. 

Looking Ahead: Milestones and Upcoming Auctions

As we move into Q2, we have several exciting events on the horizon:

7th Anniversary Celebration in April – We are grateful for the continued support of our buyers and sellers over the years and look forward to celebrating this milestone.

Nitke Auction – April 24 – One of our premier bi-annual events, this auction will also mark the 60th anniversary of the Nitke Auction. Join us for a live ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Chamber of Commerce in Mosinee, WI, followed by both live and online bidding opportunities.
